Deborah Bressler, of Inner Fire Life Coaching, will walk beside you as you reach your desired goals. Inner Fire Life Coaching is multidimensional in that it is approached with the mental, physical, and spiritual levels. Deborah is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Addictions Counselor and Certified Life Coach. She is a Lyme Literate Therapist and Life Coach. She is trained and certified in techniques that will help you move through your resistance and walk into a new chapter in your life. All coaching is “client focused” which means you are in control. Working with a life coach will help expand your vision of the possibilities and give you safe and empathetic support.
